How is my transaction ID handled?

Submitting a transaction ID places your payment into a pending queue. It is not confirmed automatically, and the status changes only after review.

Who verifies bKash, Rocket, and Upay records?

Authorized administrators check each bKash, Rocket, and Upay transaction record manually against the payment number on file.

Is live gateway payment active yet?

Automated gateway processing is not active yet. It will be enabled only after merchant credentials and provider API configuration are supplied and verified.
